outlook clock is out of whack?!?!?! Help!

I set reminders on my calender within outlook. but they are popping up
several hours after the fact rendering the alarm useless.

I checked my clock and it is set correct as well as the date, so now Im at a
loss as to what the problem is.

How can I fix this?

What does it say in Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Time Zone?
