Due to a corrupt pst file and various other screwups on my part I'd
like to start fresh with a new generic personal folder, however, after
deleting MS Office and removing all registry entries and reinstalling
it I keep ending up with all my old settings. Needless to say I,m at
my whits end! TIA

What version of Office and why can't you create a new .pst file by using
File->New->Personal Folders File?

MS Office XP...as far as a new pst file, that's an option but getting
back to my question; why don't I get a new generic Personal Folders in
the Folders list box after reinstalling?
