Outlook changsing properties

Outlook changsing the screen resolution from 1680 by 1050 pixels to 800 by
600 pixels on opening Outlook and when opening any attachment within outlook.
 
Office 2007 in Window XP
I have removed all Microsoft programes and re-installed them again but still
doing it.
