Hi,

When I reply to a message from a user (e-mail address removed) Outlook
changes the 'g' to a 'q' so that the reply address is
(e-mail address removed). Does anyone have any idea why this might be
happening?

Thanks for your advice

Since it doesn't touch the Gs in "biggs", I strongly suspect you have "gu"
changed to "qu" in your autocorrect list. For the Outlook mail editor, see
Tools>Options>Spelling>AutoCorrect. For the Word mail editor, see
Tools>AutoCorrect Options.

I'd be more suspicious of incorrect entry in the AutoNameCheck List. I don't
think Word touches the address fields.

I _am_ probably misinterpreting the OP. I took it to mean that when she
types "gu" in a message that it changes to "qu", but I think now that you're
correct.
