Outlook can't send out emails

Hi,
Something is wrong with my outlook. I can receive emails. I can't send out
emails. I checked the obvious (SMTP server). I also set up my account on
Outlook Express with the same settings and it works fine. Can anyone help
me pls.

The most likely cause is failure to properly authenticate to the outgoing
server.
