Outlook can not access default email folders

Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I have been
using Outlook express and just got a pocket pc that uses
Outlook and I cant get it to work. Problem is when I try
to use Outlook it gives me a message of cannot access
default email folders.

What have you tried so far? What version of Outlook?
Problem is when I try
to use Outlook it gives me a message of cannot access
default email folders.

Have you configured Outlook with a mail profile and an email account yet?
