I am trying to create new appointments and I keep getting the error message,
"Not implemented". I have had my computer for 3 years and never had this
problem before. I use my laptop for a home-based business and need to be
able to add new appointments or meetings regularly. Any help you can give is
greatly appreciated.

Outlook is not a default part in XP. Look for an Office / Outlook
newsgroup.
