Outlook calendar/contacts save.

I recently reloaded my OS and forgot to print out my contact list and
calendar, so I had to redo them. Is there someway to save them to a file that
I can back up to a CD/DVD, or directly to a CD/DVD when I back up my other
files? Thanks.
