I have saved an email "outline" into "drafts" with the intention of using it like a "template" to respond to various contacts. Trouble is, whenever I "copy" it to inbox and start slight modifications, [[calendar]] auto-fills in whenever/wherever I try to make the change. What's happening here?? Is there a way to fix/stop this from happening?? How??

You can't save it in Drafts. You should set up a Form to use as a template. Go to Tools, Forms, design a form. Here's a sneaky way around this tedious process--use signatures instead. I set up 6-8 short form letters as signatures. Then I address an email, insert a "signature" and fill in the blanks. Just make sure that "NONE" is selected as your automatic signature.

Okay...... I understand....

However, I don't understand what "Drafts" is for then.... if NOT for a "Draft" of a message to be sent/forwarded later??????????? Or, why it's inserting "Calendar" info/data into it whenever an entry is started???
