Outlook booking - designflaw?

Hi, when showing meeting rooms in the calendar view I am allowed to
right-click and book a meeting on all resources, we have GPOs in place
restricting users from doing this, as they should only be able to book
meeting rooms for the resources they are allowed on. (this issue is for
all users)
