outlook blocks some contacts error(553)

how to add a reciepent host or a domain? outlook blocks some of my contacts
but only sometime, other times they go out fine (same email addresses)
outlook 2003 S/T Edition pack 2.0 last upgrade 5/10/05
error 553 domain is not in my allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1.)

The usual cause is that you're not properly authenticating to your outgoing
server.
