Outlook blocks Potential harmful messages

I am receiving messages from a source that always contain
the following message, "Outlook blocked access to the
following potentially unsafe attachments:" Then the name
of the file blocked. Where do these files go? Are they a
hazzard? What can I do to stop them?

These are still within the message but are blocked (as mentioned). You can
unblock them by editing a registry key but better is to stop sending these
type of files and send them in a zip-file.
