Microsoft never sends attachments through email. You are
most likely receiving a virus. Delete the email and
download any patches directly from MSN's website. You
may also want to run a virus scan on your machine.
1-What do you mean " Outlook Blocks the latest patch?" Do you mean you have
received a patch attached to an e-mail from Microsoft? If so , you must
delete that e-mail immediately. Microsoft never sends patches or updated via
e-mail. It certainly contains a worm/virus with self execution abilities....
2- To set Outlook letting attachments open do this :
Go to Options>Security , and uncheck the " Do not allow attachments...."
