I positively hate this "feature". How do I turn it off?

It can't be turned off, but you can customize it a bit to allow you at
specific file types. Lets see...

Did you yet take some time to investigate the security options for
Outlook?

I have Vista and it is doing the same thing---only on one message. I have
administrative rights, it is in my safe lists and yet I cannot even click to
download pictures. And besides that, there is nothing offensive or wrong with
this message. I had to view it on the Internet. Why can't I be the one who
decides what I see or open. What else can I do?
