Outlook Bar

I turned off the "Would you like a shortcut to this folder added to your Outlook Bar" option and
can't figure out how to turn this function back on.

I clicked "Don't prompt me about this again".

Any suggestions on how to get this needed function turned back on would be appreciated

I use OL2002
