PS

I backed up a bunch of outlook files so that I could
reformat my hard drive. Now when I try to use those files
to restore my inbox, it tells me "access denied
permission" What the hell? I didn't think I had encrypted
it. How do I "UN-encrypt" it?
Please help me.
Thanks

If the file is on a CD, you will need to copy it from the CD to your hard
drive and remove the check mark from the Read-only box on the properties
page. CDs are read only and Outlook requires exclusive Read/Write access to
the .pst file.
