Outlook backup application suggestions

I'm looking for an application to backup my Outlook 2000 data. I want
EVERYTHING backed up - messages, calendar items, contact lists, message
rules, accounts, settings, etc.

I'm sure there are many programs to do this. Two that have caught my eye are
Outlook Express Backup Genie (works with Outlook) and Email Saver XE. They
seem very similar to one another. Does anyone have experience with one or
the other (or BOTH)? Are there any other applications that I should
consider?

It is key that the backup application I use maintains message and contact
heirarchy (embeded folder structure). Ideally, I would be able to backup
onto a networked computer so that I can retrieve my backup in case my
harddrive fries.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

How about COPY+ZIP ?

Copy *.PST, *.OST in your hard drive,
Copy %yourprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.*
Copy %yourprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.*

You'll be keeping folders, contacts, structure, hierarchy, customizet menus
and toolbars. At this very moment i do not remember if you'll be keeping
client side rules as well. To keep'em for sure use RULES\EXPORT then re
import them.

I wouldn't pay for a program that just copies files around my hard disk.

What about calendar items?

If I just zip all these files, how easy will it be to restore everything if
I the need arises? I assume one of the advantages of using these programs is
making it easy to get back up and running.

Does anyone else know if the above-mentioned files include rules or if they
need to be separately exported? If so, where do I find the exported file so
that I can include it in my backup?
