Outlook - Autoname Suggestions

In sending e-mails, my computer remembers all autoname suggestions even when
it's been powered down. My supervisor's computer only remembers names that
have been typed in that day. How can I change his to remember the names all
the time?
 
Make sure his autocompletion cache (NK2 file) hasn't been marked as read
only (Lots of AV programs do that).
It that doesn't work, create a new Outlook profile.
