Outlook autofill of email

When I do a new email message, Outlook autofills an out-of-
date email address for the person. Since this is NOT the
email associated with the contact, how can I delete this
email address? Where is it stored?
 
Outlook 2002? Use your arrow keys to cursor to the bad entry and hit the
Delete key.
