I'm a legal secretary working for two solicitors and I have access to their mailboxes. Whenever I create a new meeting request for one of them it sends an email them and to an email address that no longer exists. This of course bounces back to me to tell me it was not received. It is more of a nuisance than anything else but is there a way of removing this person from auto-attendee or something?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Have this person check in Outlook for delegates. It's not a problem on your
computer - they likely have a delegate listed to receive copies of meeting
invites. If not there, have the Exchange admin look for delegate settings on
the server.

Thanks for your help. However, I checked both solicitors and neither have delegates. I got IT to check the Exchange Admin and they said they could not see any delegates. Any other suggestions or do you know exactly where they should be looking?

I haven't used E5.5 for a while but I don't think you can check for
delegates in Exchange Admin.....have you also checked for rules in the
clients' Outlook?

Thanks very much for your help. The IT guy had a look but there weren't any rules. It is a real puzzler. He then wrote a rule to delete any emails with undeliverable in the subject and the e-employee's name in the body.

Thank you again
