Outlook and Vista Contact Synchronisation

Synapse Syndrome

Is there a way to have Outlook Contacts and the inbuilt Vista Contacts
synchronised?

I can already synchronise my Windows Live Messenger and Hotmail contacts
with Outlook, using the Outlook Connector, and these can be in turn
synchronised with my mobile phone using Nokia PC Suite.

It would be nice, but not essential, if I could have Vista's Contacts in the
mix as well.

I haven't seen any automated tools, but I was under the impression that one
could import/export between the two.
I can already synchronise my Windows Live Messenger and Hotmail

That would be up to the sync software you use.
