Outlook and True Sync

I downloaded the patches for Office 2000, which is installed on my computer.
I now get the following error message when I try to sync my Franklin-Covey
planner to Outlook: "Outlook 98-E0001 TrueSunc could not connect to
Outlook". I'm sure this is due to the new security fixes in the Office 2000
upgrades. Anyone have the fix? When I searched for the error message at the
MSN site it provided 100 possible fixes--ouch!!

You'll need to contact Franklin/Covey for this - see if they have an updated
version that works properly with the newer settings (I'm also guessing this
is a security issue). Also, have you tried reinstalling your FC software?
