Outlook alert

My smart phone is connected to my office Outlook thru ActiveSync. Every time
a staff person sends an email with a high priority flag or at 2:00 am or even
15 minutes before a meeting my phone verbally reminds me of this info. The
T-Moble walk-in reps are no help. Say it is some type of Outlook down load???

Help.

Outlook doesn't talk. :) If the phone is alerting you, its something on the
phone. Toshiba has an addin that says 'you've got mail' but I don't know
that it does reminders and if it did, it would be the computer talking, not
the phone.
