R Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] Nov 6, 2003 #2 Assuming you're not using an LDAP, set the service to use the Outlook Address Book instead. Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address books. Remove LDAP. Add Outlook Address Book
