I want to export my contacts to a file format readable by my cell phone
software (Panasonic). The format has to be Comma Separated Values. However,
when doing so outlook tells me that this software is not installed, and the
network resource is not available. I have checked with my Firewall log, and
no resources has been denied. Outlock tells me it is looking for a
"proplus.msi" file. How do I get on?

A google for porplus.msi throws up a few links.

This one seems promissing.

FWIW I use Outlook and do not have that file on my system.
