When I go to the [Properties] of a [Contacts folder] and
select "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" on the
[Outlook Address Book] tab, Outlook displays each Name
twice in the [Select Names]Dialog for the folder. The
first Name gives the email address and the second one
puts "Contact Name(Business fax)" in the To: box.
Is this a default behavior, or is there an option
somewhere that will allow Outlook to display each contact
Name only once in the [Select Names]Dialog?
