I am experiencing two problems with the Outlook (i.e., not Outlook Express)
address book:
1) Outlook's address book originally had only one folder entitled
'Contacts.' I had several sub-folders in my Netscape Communicator's address
book (e.g., 'Family,' 'Friends,' 'Business contacts,' etc.). I imported my
address book from Netscape Communicator and all of the sub-folders appeared
under 'Contacts' (so far, so good ... here's where the trouble begins). I
now need to create additional sub-folders and can't figure out how to do so.
Outlook's Help instructs me either to click on the 'New' button and select
'New Folder' or click on 'File' and select 'New Folder.' The problem is
neither of those choices lists a 'New Folder' option. The only choices they
give are "New Contact' and 'New Group.' How do I get the program to offer
'New Folder' as an option or is there another way to create new sub-folders
?
2) When I imported my address boooik from Netscape Communicator to Outlook,
the sub-folders did not appear in alphabetical order. I seached Outlook
Help, but could find no referecne to sorting the address book sub-folders.
I also tried clicking and dragging the sub-folders, but that didn't work.
How does one arrange the sub-folders into alphabetical order ?
Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you.
