Outlook Address Book Problem

Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

When I look in the Outlook address book and then go to tools and options and
look in "show this address list first:" and also look in "Keep personal
addresses in:" there are folders listed which are either duplicated or no
longer exist. I have previously gone into "When sending mail, check names
using .." and have deleted the unwanted folders.

How do I get rid of the unwanted folders in the other listings?
 
You can try removing & readding the Outlook Address Book service. What
version of Outlook are you using?
 
I should have said that earlier - Outlook 2003 with SP2.

Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Remove the
unwanted folders there.
