Outlook address bar

Is it possible to get the address bar in Outlook 2002 to go away? All it
does is waste screen space. All the rest of the toolbars, including the
menu bar, can be turned off, but the address bar isn't in the list of
toolbars! :(

Also, in Outlook 2002 (or any Office app), is it possible to use 2
spellcheck dictionaries at the same time (English and Spanish). My fiancée
is bilingual and I'mk learning to be too.

One last question, out of curiosity, if either of the above answers are NO,
would they be YES if I had newer versions?
