Outlook add-ins

I want try some MS Outlook add-ins. Is there a way uninstall add-ins after
testing?
Does the add-ins install any components or write some registry keys? Does
this data (registry keys) remains in registry after add-in uninstalled?

Is there a standard add-in for creating of a survey in Outlook html email
message?

Won't that usually be covered in the add-in's documentation?

Depends on the add-in, now doesn't it?

Anyone can write an uninstaller that forgets to uninstall things.

Standard? No, but some may exist. They'll all be unique.
