Outlook, Active Sync, and Hotmail

I can't seem to figure out how to sync my hotmail e-mails
to my Pocket PC through Outlook; I keep winding up with
no e-mails on my pocket PC. Any ideas? Help!

the messages need to be moved to your personal folders, outlook can't sync
to the hotmail store.
