OUTLOOK ACCOUNTS

For some time now I have been having a problem whereby my
pop3 server addresses within OUTLOOK accounts have been
changing to LOCALHOST without any reason.

This happens every day and is really frustrating.

Can anyone please explain the reason for this and how to
stop it occurring ??

Are you using an antivirus program that checks incoming mail. Some of the
early versions (such as Norton AV 2001) used to do this to redirect mail via
their scanner.

Later versions (such as NAV 2003 and 2004) don't do this and leave accounts
unchanged.
