It woule be nice in Outlook to be able to attach a personal comment to an
email. For example, I receive an email and I have some personal thoughts
about it that I want to remember when I view that email again. I can attach
these personal comments to the email and then file the email in a folder.
When I go look at that email again in the future, I see the email body and
also my comments on it. The comments are not to be shared with others to whom
I may forward the email or when I reply to the email. It's just a very handy
way to include your additional thoughts about the subject of an email (like
sticking a post-it to the document before filing)
