Outlook 97 with XP Professional

Outlook 97 works fine on my laptop with XP but gives the
message "Outlook.exe has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." on my
desktop XP.
Any help is appreciated?

Can be caused by any number of reasons ... best way to resolve may well
be to simply re-install it.
