outlook 2k3 and separate accts

how do i set up separate mail accounts for each user? i dont want everyone
reading my mail and i dont want to read everyone's mail.
 
Do you have separate mailboxes then? If so just configure each one with
their own mailbox. Otherwise get additional accounts at your ISP or use a
Hotmail mailbox.
