Outlook 2k3 all messed up

Hello, All!

After a recent reboot, I opened OL2k3 and all of my shortcuts were gone and
my favorite mail folder list had been completely munged with things there I
never put there and things gone that had been there. Any idea how to fix
this mess easily?

starting Outlook once with the /cleanviews switch might reset it all back to
scratch. /firstrun will reset everything.
Use of these switches and others can be found by searching help for "command
line switches".

Found that copying a backup of the *.xml file did the trick for me.
