Outlook 2010 Beta: Hotmail/Live accounts will not work

I've just installed the Office 2010 Beta version and am trying to set-up
Outlook to scan my MS Hotmail account using 'Outlook connector 12.1' and/or
the account set-up wizard within Outlook; ain't happenin' peoples....help! I
can send messages all day long, but can't receive or review my Hotmail inbox.
My account settings are utilizing MAPI which should do the trick...not!
 
Outlook Connector 12.1 isn't compatible with Outlook 2010. Try the 14 BETA
version which got released as well.
