does anyone know how to create a rule that will change the font size of a

Milly Staples said:Rules can;t do that - you would need to write code for that. May I ask what
your intention is and what problem this is meant to solve?
Perhaps if you state the problem, someone can suggest a simpler answer.

I don't know if this works on every version of Outlook, but I changed the font for specific incoming email addresses. Go to your inbox and right click on one of the column headers (from, subject, size, etc.). Then click on Customize current view, then click on automatic formatting, click Add. You'll need to give the view a name (eg "mail received from Sally"), click on Font to change color and or font, then click on condition. You should be able to get it from here. Hope it works.
