Outlook 2007

In Outlook 2007 when I send a single e.mail it mentions at the bottom of the
screen sending 2 of 2 can anyone explain why?
 
I experiance the same extra e-mail... and I don't believe it is a read
receipt because I have the prompt before sending read reciepts option
selected.
