Outlook 2007 Startup Errors

Outlook 2007 consistently produces the following errors in Event
Viewer>Application utility:

Detection of product '{91120000-0014-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}', feature
'OUTLOOKFiles', component '{FD7878D4-39CC-4BE5-91F6-330ED22AC5FD}' failed.
The resource 'HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.pst\' does not exist.


Detection of product '{91120000-0014-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}', feature
'OUTLOOKFiles' failed during request for component
'{0638C49D-BB8B-4CD1-B191-055E8F325736}'

Although Outlook eventually starts, it's delayed by these errors. Any
suggestions on how to eliminate them will be appreciated.
 
Hi!

It seems that there is something wrong with your Outlook installation. Go to
Control Panel/Add Remove Programs and click "Change" on your Office 2007 or
Outlook 2007 installation. Here you will get an option to "Repair" the
current installation.

I would try this first!
