End user is having trouble with Outlook being slow randomly. She can
highlight a message, and it will stop responding for a few seconds, with a
blank reader pane, and then it will update. It's easy to reproduce, just
start scrolling through messages--happens about once or twice a minute, if
you're working continuously.
Ping times to Sunshine sometimes fluctuate at the same time, but that's
jumping from 1ms to 2 or 4--nothing that should be perceptible.

Correction - She <did not> have word set as editor, and also we ruled out
network or hard disk (not spinning during pane delay phase)...other ideas?

Okay correction - we found out user <did not> have word set as default
editor, nor intstant names messaging enabled. Other ideas? (We also ruled
out network delay and we didn't see the hard drive spinning a whole lot
during pane blank out delay phase).
