Outlook 2007 preview not working

Outlook 2007 preview not working, we are running in cache mode, have desktop
search 3.01 running on windows xp service pack 2.

Any suggestions?

Would the "Microsoft Save as PDF Add-in for 2007 Microsoft Office programs"
because this problem.
