Susan

I would like to set up my Out of Office Assistant so that if I receive a
message containing certain key words, the message is forwarded to another
employee who is covering for me in that area only. I want other emails to
just stay in my Inbox. Both would receive the same 'reply' message. However,
I cannot find a way to have Outlook perform a conditional task, such that if
message subject contains xxxx words then forward to yyyy. I knew how to do
this in OUtlook 2003 but cannot seem to find the same options in 2007. Can
anyone please help?
Thanks
Susan H

They are in the same general area - you need to set up a rule in the oof
dialog.
