outlook 2007 Error Message File folder full

When I try to delete any e-mail from any folder I receive the following error
window, File folder is full can not delete. How do I delete thiks message?
 
In what kind of environment do you get this?
Which mail account type are you using? POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, other...?
In case you are using a pst-file to store your messages in, what size is it?
 
I have started having this same problem @ 1 week ago and I can't delete them
even with Sh+del. The emails are from a POP3. Help! Plus it seems like
only emails from certain people are affected. Thanks in advance! "Diane
