Outlook 2007 Ctrl-Enter to Send

I accidentally turned off the keyboard shortcut for sending e-mails (i.e.
CTRL-ENTER) in Outlook 2007.

Is there anyway to turn this on again

Tools-> Options-> E-mail Options-> Advanced E-mail Options-> all the way at
the bottom of the dialog
