Outlook 2007 Calander

I have Outlook 2007 installed on both my home PC and my Laptop
(Personal use too). Is there any way to allow me to add Calander
appointments on the Laptop, and then the desktop would pick these up?
Kind of, Syncronisation between the two?
 
Have you tried the Send a Calendar via Email or Publish Calendar commands that are shown in the Navigation Pane when you are in the Calendar module?
