Outlook 2007 beta multiple email boxes

I wonder if there is a way to set up Outlook (easily) that will treat
each of my email addresses as (automatically?) having their own .pst
structure?

T'bord does a very good job and I have a system of using one email
address for banks and finances that I hope spammers will never find...

Structured down to email addresses that I give if i have to to unknown,
risky or doubtful requesters.

Should this lowest level email address be compromised by spammers I can
always ditch it and create another. It a trouble worth doing as it
tends to keep my personal email addresses a bit more secure.

In a nutshell:
- is there an easy way to setup, access and use multiple user email
addresses (all mine) so that each account has it's own folders?

(I am not too keen on everything flying in to the same Inbox or to be
stored in the same Sent items folder and so forth
 
Additionality:
Rather than a column of
[+] Personal Folders

can't these meaningfully be renamed with the email account as is?
 
Tools, Account Settings, Data Files, pick the one you want to rename,
click change and enter a new Name in the dialog that pops up.

Tools, Account Settings. Below the list of email accounts, it shows you
where emails from that account are delivered to (which PST). Is there a
change button there? I only use IMAP, so I can't test this.
If this doesn't work, have all emails go into one Inbox and then create
rules that distribute them according to the email address they were sent
to.

I wonder if it is possible to arrange the Mail "directory tree" so it
has a similar structure:

-General folders
+ Junk e-mail
+ RSS feeds
+ ZA Challenges Mail
+ ZA Junk Mail
+ (possibly) Search Folders

-Default email address
+ Inbox
+ Outbox
+ Sent Items

-Second email address
+ Inbox
+ Outbox
+ Sent Items

and so forth for any other email addresses?

The idea being some general (globally active?) folders at the top of the
tree followed by default email address folder structure then others
accordingly.

Your earlier advice has been carried out.

It is a real treat to see some user preferred structure in the Mail
directory tree/folder arrangement.

The accounts are POP based and seem to work fine so far but I have had
to invoke rules to get the flow of stuff right and that may need a few
more tweaks yet.

Not sure what your problem is here. Is the issue that you can't get the
"General Folders" PST to appear on the top because Outlook sorts
alphabetically? If that's the case, then add an underscore (_) in front
of the G and it will be on top now.
Your structure won't work quite this way, because Search Folders need to
be specified for each PST separately.
Have you already discovered that you can add folders to the Favorite
Folders list by right-clicking them and saying Add to Favorites Folder?
That might make your life here easier, because the Favorite Folders list
can be rearranged by you any way you want.

That's the only way you're going to get POP accounts to place mail in other
PSTs. All POP accounts share the same delivery location.
