I have seen many comments reguarding this question but I still do not
understand how to fix it.

I have 3 email accounts:
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)

They are all with the same ISP. My default is (e-mail address removed).
When I send an e-mail out of (e-mail address removed) I want the return address to default
to (e-mail address removed) not my default (e-mail address removed). To me the only time I would want it
to default to (e-mail address removed) is if I was a business. How do I send an e-mail with
the current accounts e-mail address without having to click on accounts and
switch it?

Outlook knows about your default account and uses that for new messages unless you choose to send with a different account. And it knows what account it used to receive each message and will use that account when you reply or forward a message, unless you choose to send with a different account. Each of your three accounts has its own return address, in Tools | E-mail Accounts.

.... unless, of course, these aren't three accounts at all, but three aliases on a single mail account. If you want Outlook to act like it has multiple email accounts, you really need mulitple email accounts.
