Outlook 2007: Backup File Restoration

Outlook determined that one of my .pst files needed repair. I ran the repair
tool (scanpst.exe). It created a backup file but I find no way within Outlook
2007 to restore backup files as was the case in 2003 using File/Backup? Any
ideas?
 
Since my original post, I find that the repair tool has created a Lost &
Found folder with numerous "Recovered Folder 'xxxxx' folders. I can only
presume these are my former folders? Unfortunately I find no email in the
folders. Is there any way to restore these folders?
