I need help please. I use my Outlook calendar daily and I do all of my
updates on my PC as it's easier to enter them on it rather than my SmartPhone
by Samsung. (SAGA) I used to tether my phone to my computer and the transfer
from Outlook to the phone was very smooth. Now, after my recent upgrade to
IE8 and also the SP2 pack upgrade to my Vista, the transfer is no longer
working.
PLEASE help me with this ASAP.

What happens when you try?
What is logged to WMDC?

Note that Outlook only plays an active roll in the sync process. The real
magic is done by WMDC. You can ask for support on WMDC in the newsgroup
pocketpc.activesync

Good luck!

Microsoft does have an official Windows Vista Support Forum located
here:
http://tinyurl.com/d5r9v3.
It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support
teams. You may want to post your question there. Try under the Service
Pack section or under their IE section.

However I will echo Roady in checking to see what happens in the
Windows Mobile Device Center or the Sync Center (from the Control
Panel). Make sure that it shows it is connected, and check to see what
errors are happening. This will at least give you a pointer in what
direction to go, or a clue for the rest of us to decipher.
